A full credit note for any Covid-19 cancellations or postponements for Ideaction Darwin will be provided for future Ideaction events. A credit note will also be provided to any person unable to attend as a result of feeling unwell in accordance to the Covid-19 symptoms.


Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing to Alignment Event Solutions ( Refunds will be authorised at the discretion of Facility Management Association Australia. Substitute participants are welcome. Should you cancel your registration by email and not receive a response within 24 hours, please call Alignment Event Solutions (+61 2 4267 2225).


Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor cancellations received 90-days prior to Ideaction will be reviewed and reimbursed at the discretion of the Facilities Management Association. Registrations for the Ideaction.Virtual Conference will close Friday 29 May 2020. Late registrations will be accepted however late fees will apply and credit card payments will be accepted only. Alignment Event Solutions strongly recommend to register at your earliest convenience.


Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.

The insurance should cover loss arising from cancellation of the conference by the organiser or a person's inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.
